Pros

I have been working with Social Lighthouse as an Account Manager for two and a half years and have loved the hands-on work experience! I work under the Marketing and Creative Directors and received thorough training as well opportunities to spearhead campaigns from concept to execution. The company values work-life balance, encourages growth and rewards hard work.

Pros

There is great people working here! In a cool and laid-back atmosphere. Parking is on site. Lots of restaurants nearby. Pet friendly!

Cons

The office is actually in Encino. Not a very cool building, kind of old with uninteresting businesses. Office could be bigger.

I love working here because as long as deadlines are met and work is done, it's a very fun and laid back work environment. The owners are great people and support a great company culture and values. I also like that we work with different types of clients to keep it interesting.

Parking in the building is a little rough
