      Pros

      Good team of people, dedicated to making progress on social justice issues.

      Cons

      Full time is considered 50 hrs/week, so even part time is a lot of work. They aren't clear about what is needed and it results in a ton of work with a short turnaround, which impacts the quality of the support/trainings/projects too.

      Freedom to explore different areas of work. You get to work with people from all around the world. Fully remote. Good pay for non-profit.

      Cons

      Can be too fast pace and 45 hour work week is expected
