Pros
The hours that I was asked to work were not that bad. It was a typical 9-5.
Cons
While the pay at first looks enticing, do not believe it. The CEO will find every way that he can to not pay you for your work. This company does not care about call volume or number of sales made, or even how large the sale is. The only metric that was tracked closely was how many "connects" were made. In all of my years in sales I have never worked for a company that stressed connects so much. The work environment was toxic.
