      Pros

      - The company believes in experimenting with new technologies to improve the product. - Free Pizzas and Snacks once in a while.

      Cons

      - No code testing, no code review process, no proper coding principles, no architecture. Lots of things keep breaking in the production environment. - No work life balance. The deadlines drove me crazy sometimes. - The company is stingy when it comes to bonuses and appraisal. - No direction or future.

      Great learning place for an Engineer

      A) Starting Salary is good B) You get hands on experience building something that hundreds of thousands of users use daily C) Got to build products from scratch D) Worked on several technologies to build experimental products that were later used by Government etc. E) Management's commitment to spend 30-40% time on R&D projects

      Cons

      A) Start up requires heavy time commitment B) Lack of proper training staff for young engineers. Not a good place for engineers who need or, expect a lot of hand holding.
