This is a good place to work as a jumping off place not a full landing zone.

Cons

Benifits are lacking. This company invited me to work for them as a software engineer in their startup capacity. This company works you hard like a startup but, is no longer a startup. So their are no benefits that come with a startup except working longer hours. So if that is your thing to give to a company with no benefits go fo the job, otherwise find a true startup.
