      Pros

      The company is very flexible with your schedule. They trust the work you do, so as long as you are doing a good job, they are happy. Unlimited PTO is also a huge plus that gives you some extra space to breathe when you have worked really hard for a long time and just want a few days off to recover.

      Cons

      The product is great, but due to its complexity, it becomes difficult for new hires to learn the platform quickly.

      - fast-paced - things move quick, keeps you sharp. - tons of room to build, shape, and improve the company - your ideas matter. - startup-minded crew - mostly go-getters who get stuff done and take responsibility. - perfect place for growing as a pro - learn by deciding and doing fast. - very exciting market - cutting-edge and fun to be part of.

      Cons

      - no big-company formalities - can feel loose if you like structure. - lack of set processes sometimes - gotta be comfy with ambiguity.
