You work with a small team, and are able to explore all fields of working in a company. Working for a small startup such as SocialTyer allows you to dive in head first in all aspects of a growing company. Everyone is learning and growing together with the company which is a unique job experience. Despite having upper management all the employees are treated as equal, and given the same respect in regards to their input. There is also a great deal of responsibility given to each employee from day one. This office is a very fun environment and coming to work everyday isn't a dread.
