Pros

Apart from a few good colleagues that I've had over the years while I was working for this company, there are none.

Cons

- Unpaid Salaries: Working for Socialfix means you might not receive your hard-earned salary for months, leading to financial stress and uncertainty. - Broken Promises: The company's track record of making promises it can't or won't keep creates an atmosphere of disappointment and distrust among employees. - Lack of Communication: Socialfix excels at ignoring emails and messages, leaving employees feeling unheard and undervalued. False Accusations: Be prepared for unfounded allegations to be thrown your way, with little regard for fairness or proper investigation. - Financial Penalties: Even when innocent, you might find yourself facing arbitrary financial penalties, adding insult to injury. - Toxic Work Environment: Micro-management and a disregard for employee input create a suffocating atmosphere that stifles creativity and growth. No organization, the management doesn't know what they are doing, and the priorities are shifted left and right weekly. - Unreliable Leadership Information: Glassdoor inaccurately lists Ken Krysinski as CEO, when in fact the company is run by Terry Tateossian. This raises questions about transparency and credibility. - Nonexistent Accountability: Management fails to take responsibility for their mistakes, leaving employees to bear the brunt of the consequences. - Disregard for Employee Well-being: The company's lack of empathy and concern for employee welfare is evident through their handling of pay issues and false accusations. Plus, I haven't had my salary increased in 3 years, which should tell you a lot. - Ethical Question Marks: The mishandling of employee payments, false accusations, and overall lack of integrity call into question the company's ethical standards. - Limited Growth Opportunities: Promised opportunities for growth and advancement are rarely realized, leaving employees feeling stuck in a dead-end job. - Stress and Anxiety: The combination of unpaid salaries, false accusations, and a toxic work environment can take a severe toll on employees' mental and emotional well-being.

Pros

Variety of work, lots of different types of clients in their portfolio, opportunities to try new things, holiday parties, secret Santas, company lunches, was able to play music in the office, dog-friendly environment.

Cons

Overworked, expected to constantly stay late, rejected time off requests, gave us holidays outlined in our policies and then the week of told us we had to work half days, inappropriate language used regularly in meetings and messages on Slack. Lots of unprofessionalism. Management said to "cancel after-work plans" and that "to get ahead you had to stay late" and gave examples of how she would sleep at her job to "move up the ladder" implying that it was the expectation at Socialfix. The biggest red flag to me is that most of the employees listed on their "Squad Goals" section of their website have either quit or been laid off, yet are listed on the site still and have remained there through a site redesign.

Mismanagement Runs The Show

Pros

- Friendly coworkers (for the most part) - Free coffee - Easy commute

Cons

- No growth. What you see is what you get. There is no room to achieve more. You learn this pretty quickly, within the first 2 months. - You're expected to work overtime without compensation.
