      Pros

      I've loved working with Socius. The culture is dynamic and energetic. Teamwork, leadership and communication is very healthy. There are so many opportunities to make an impact and everyone is encouraged to do so.

      Cons

      I find myself working lots of hours because I'm so fired up and excited about what we're doing and because the opportunity is so big (which I guess is a con)!
