Pros

There are snacks in the kitchen.

Cons

I was let go without warning or fair explanation, despite consistently receiving positive feedback from peers. The way it was handled was wildly unprofessional - no prior conversations, no performance plan, nothing to indicate that my job was at risk. It was a political decision rather than one based on merit or performance. The company presents itself as supportive and collaborative, but in reality, it’s the opposite. Leadership is disorganized, underqualified, reactive, and more concerned with protecting themselves than supporting their teams. Decisions are made behind closed doors with no communication, leaving employees in the dark. Hard work and dedication go unnoticed while favoritism and office politics drive who stays and who goes. There is no real accountability for poor leadership, and those who speak up risk retaliation. There is no HR department, so the only person you have to raise issues with is your manager, and if your manager is the one who acted inappropriately then you’re screwed. The management at this company operates closer to a cult than a business, and if you speak up against it you’re gone.
Overall, the culture is toxic, morale is low, and stability is nonexistent. If you’re looking for a place that values transparency, fairness, and growth, this ain’t it.
