      Management at Sock Club not only supports your career inside the company but also outside. Open door policy and management is always open to feedback and asked for regularly. Monthly performance reviews. Employees are very inclusive and regularly host team bonding events. Many opportunities to own your own initiatives and work cross-functionally with other teams on projects you're passionate about. 100% paid health insurance, 50% paid dental and vision. Flexible PTO. 401K. Hybrid schedule with a cool office in East Austin.

      Cons

      Sock Club is a fast-growing company and is still learning what structures and systems are best for that growth. Sometimes you need to be responsible for creating these systems/processes, but if you have experience in this you'll be just fine! If you're used to structure and clearly defined processes then this might be a challenge for you.
