Opportunity to work at a start-up. Decent pay.
Cons
The interview process indicated the job would be a positive experience, and the company prioritized employee wellbeing. This premise turned out to be false. My mental health suffered within this environment, and the work/life balance was not respected. There was a shocking lack of professionalism amongst the leaders of this company.

Socrates is a company where you are working hard with a tight-knit team with a unified goal of success in mind. Huge opportunity to learn from some of the best in the industry and learn the inner workings of a successful startup from the beginning. The product is absolutely a game changer and seeing large enterprises adopt Socrates confirms that we are just at the tip of the iceberg now!
Cons
This is not a large company where you have co-workers to provide items you may be looking for. You need to be self-sufficient, able to problem solve, and know where to supplement resources when you cannot take care of them yourself. I think this is a benefit in my overall professional expertise in the long run.
