Messy startup. No support, no process, they are telling employees to plant positive glassdoor reviews. Coworkers are supportive and doing their best in a tough situation

Cons

Leaders are product smart, not people smart. No work life balance, no planning, you get fired super easy - not always enough seats in the office and the AC broke when it was so hot. No mgmt skills from leadership at all
