Being a small firm, one gets good exposure and experience
Cons
The company culture is very bad and I was tortured by my reporting manager. HR is useless and did not had the power or guts to help employees. If this was Infosys or any decent firm, my current reporting managers would be at least cautioned by the HR or his manager. Managers are not trained to manage people and behave according to their mood. If the manager had a fight with his wife, I always suffered. I could not trust the managers manager also becuase they looked like friends
