Pros

- genuinely good quality products to promote - not commission based - good in store team mentality

Cons

- loosing perks such as discounts and coffee machines etc - not great relationship between stores and head office - unrealistic and unfair tagets and prizes - very little upward movement for those seeking to move to more senior levels from the shop floor

Pros

Free tea and coffee thats it.

Cons

- working on the phone sales team you were not included in anything the company does, you find out things the same time the customers do. - training was 2 weeks of a complete joke - You can immediately sense who managed favourites were, they got away with texting on the job and getting days off a lot whilst you actually worked hard - I once has an allergic reaction and could not go to work and my manager attempted make me feel bad to come in. - Upper management would talk behind your back whilst your within range and when you confront them they say nothing - when you make a mistake without knowing they will never tell you, so you never know when you need to improve on things. - at one point taking free juice / coke was banned - when you call other showrooms they are so rude - other departments never answers the phone and your left with dealing with their angry customer. There is no career progress for you.

Pros

Co-workers are lovely!. Products are nice

Cons

Management do not do anything and pass it on to other people to do but step up when it time to claim the glory. Zero hour contracts mean that they can cut your hours at the drop of a hat. They under value team members that actually keep the business afloat! Instead of funneling money into keeping employees they are opening showrooms everywhere. They make promises that they never keep regarding progression and development and I would stay well away.
