      Pros

      Working for Soffa has given me a great opportunity to grow and develop my skills in all aspects of system integration. It is a smaller company which allows for closer relations to coworkers from all departments. My manager is helpful, inviting, and fun to work with.

      Cons

      There is a large load of projects that are all ongoing, making them difficult to manage.

      Pros

      Upper management has their fingers on the pulse of what the industry needs are at the moment. Continuing to build on the company culture and further establishing a great forward momentum. Putting people first with all decisions being made. Leadership does a great job of listening to the teams thoughts and opinions and works closely to implement needed changes.
