I have worked in the industry for years and heard many positive things about Soft2Bet before joining. The CRM challenges were serious, but with a strong team and realistic deadlines we achieved good results and improved the system significantly.

Cons

Jira feels outdated for internal processes.

Onboarding process was professional and the team atmosphere is very supportive. Tasks are clear, goals understandable, and there is no micromanagement which makes daily work much easier.

Cons

Parking near the office can sometimes be difficult.
