      Pros

      SoftCo has a supportive culture and a solid set of values. The company encourages development and provides room for employees to build their skills. Targets are ambitious, which keeps the work engaging. Integrity is taken seriously and reflected in how the business is run.

      There are ambitious targets there but I find everyone is in it together.

      Not a good company to work

      Pros

      Not enough to motivate someone to work here. Some good people, okay health insurance.

      Cons

      Bad work culture with blame-games between teams, unrealistic deadlines and no rewards for meeting them, long work hours without any flexibility for employees. No early finish Fridays. Ambiguous responses on questions from employees. Company is letting go good staff to hire cheaper in other countries. No salary increases for years.

      There was a lot to learn but it was stressful.

      Cons

      The people here don’t care about work-life balance, or feelings, they spread toxic attitude and negativity! Senior leaders will yell at you, verbally abuse you, aggressively pressure you to reaching their unreasonable targets!
