* Low payment * Really bad promotion system. Only 2 in 2 years you are considered to be raised and it needs to be you who asks. And max 33% salary increase. * Each promotion you change your work, like obligated to be manager and people manager, otherwise you'll just get stuck in that position and salary for ever.
