      This team cares about their clients. They also care about team members - but don't have much patience for complainers or people that don't get results.

      Cons

      They are trying to solve a difficult problem: helping manufacturing businesses get more from their shop-floor and engage operators and supervisors with better information.

      Worst place I've ever worked.

      Close to my home.

      Cons

      Inter-office politics, screaming matches during meetings between owner and staff. Very uncomfortable place to work. They promise companies things they know they cannot deliver to get the client. Promised me one salary, then when I accepted the position, the salary magically decreased 20%.
