Two words: PRIVATE EQUITY Company is no longer privately owned and job security reflects that. “Restructuring” has happened twice in the last 2 years just in engineering.

Benefits package is improving. Paid parental leave Flexible PTO Remote Work Financials are discussed more openly than previous leadership
Cons
Executive team has been completely replaced in the last year. These changes include the leadership of the Product and Engineering department While the new CEO shares financials, he is still disconnected from most of the company Product and Engineering teams are measured against standards that are not shared before negative outcomes (like terminations and demotions). The new environment is based on Motivation through Fear rather than sharing goals. The original goal of "One Softdocs" is gone.
