      Can grow stagnant due to lack of variety of work if you're not intentional about avoiding this.

      Pros

      I worked with some of the industry's best and most talented people.

      Cons

      No company growth in 10+ years. Poor/no leadership. While I was there the CEO was a challenge to work with. Most everyone on my team who left did so because there was no opportunity to advance. Since then I do not believe there has been much, if any growth in the company.

      Pros

      The owner is kind. Other than that I can't think of anything else.

      Cons

      Company is dysfunctional and overall leadership is poor. The company has not grown in over 15 years so there is not usually any chance to advance in your career there.
