Pros
Management stick to the words. They stand with the staff in their hard times. One of the staff member’s family got covid, they paid him 3 times his salary so that he can look after his family. Another staff member got seriously sick. They preserved his job. There are so many other reasons to stick to this company.
Cons
There are not much cons. But management emphasises too much in saving time, which sometimes is not possible.
