      Software Developer with Java

      Pros

      In some projects end to end development there.I joined as a fresher I learned so many things related to technology like java j2ee oracle db . End to end development of project there. Its a product based company so fresher can able to learn all the project flow. Initially package is low but after very high percentage of hike minimum 6k per month.

      Cons

      In most of the project heavy work have to stay upto 10 o clock in night. They will not following any software company policy like meetings knowledge sharing is very less you have to learn all things by your self.

      Pros

      The people are truly very kind and really care about their clients and what they do. This isn't the place where people will hold your hand or deal out a ton of praise, but if you do your job well and gain their trust, you will not experience much micromanagement. You may have to constantly prod about some things, but they are direct and honest. The benefits are top-notch and best I've seen - they are very generous. Their products and service are cutting-edge and innovative - their clients love them. They have grown exponentially in the last few years and are projected to continue to grow. Some of the newer hires have added some fresh energy and ideas to the company, providing some influence for change.

      Cons

      Lack of communication and organization. Lack of flexible/modern thinking towards work situation and hours. You are expected to be autonomous and self-driven, but feel like you have to be "one of the herd," in office, 9-5ers, or even longer. Much of the upper management works odd hours, especially late into the day.

      Pros

      Got a great team to work with. Attractive hikes every year. Easy to learn and understand coding standards. No pressure on deliverables most of the time.

      Cons

      Poor work life balance. Depending on the team, people expect to work 24/7. Poor HR management. People with Project Manager roles are bad at managing projects most of the time. Legacy code and no scope to learn or implement better technologies Bad code repository management.
