I signed a contract for one year as fulltime, the allocated 4 devs for outsourcing project, the prohibited everyone from making any communication whatsoever with the other teams working on the same frontend app, the quality of work was getting worse every day, i kept pushing into flat management and open communication so teams can come together and realized the disaster of the situation, nevertheless, the management of Softermii was all about finishing the tasks ASAP to meet their deadline, they were instructing us to LITERALLY copying and pasting codes without utilizing the angular framework capabilities, they were not responding to my arguments with reasoning at all, they just say do this and stop asking questions, their hired incompetent developers who were writing terrible code and relying on copying and pasting terrible code previously written by other team members. Eventually i decided to resign and this is when their true face appeared, they only care about money so they ended up paying me 40% less than my contract just because they didn't need me anymore despite the fact that i was the most performant person in the company and i finished everything assigned to me and MUCH more before all the deadlines!
