1. For some reason, Company does not hire girls and women in the Lucknow head office. 2. Very old and broken chairs. We have complained multiple times, but nothing has been done. I have seen chairs break suddenly while someone was sitting on them on multiple occasions. The manager has also fallen from a chair because it broke unexpectedly. 3. Salaries are delayed by nearly one month, which appears to discourage employees from leaving abruptly. 4. Employees are frequently required to work overtime, but they are not paid for it. 5. There are almost no company events, except for Holi and Diwali, and even those are celebrated after working hours. Employees who wish to celebrate prefer to do so with their family or friends. 6. All holidays, including Sundays, are subject to cancellation. 7. Office timing is very long, from 9:30 AM to 7:00 PM, but due to work pressure, most employees leave about 15 minutes late. 8. The washroom is cleaned only once a week. 9. Environment is totally workaholic you cant rest even for 10 min. 10. The lunch break is only 30 minutes, from 2:00 PM to 2:30 PM. Even during this time, I have seen the owner assigning work to some employees, causing them to leave their seats while eating. 11. Almost all the positive reviews are from clients, not employees. This means employees have to put in extra effort to keep clients happy. 12. None of the company policies seem to be in favor of employees, which creates an unfavorable working environment. 13. During the training period, employees are assigned data entry work. After completion of the training period, development performance is assessed, and increments are denied on the grounds that performance is not up to the required standard.
