Pros
The main office is situated in the heart of Kyiv, very easy to get to. Working place is very comfortable with air conditioners, top-end equipment and large tables. Some of rooms are small, some are big open spaces, you can always choose. Management is listening to you almost always. Interesting startups, lots to learn from professional point of view. Huge amount of money in compensation and benefits like parking, insurance and meals.
Cons
Some of the projects may involve working with the legacy code which is bad, in my opinion. The engineer's professional level cap is easily achievable and there's no way to get higher. All management roles are distributed between people who are working in Softheme from the beginning and they don't seem to likely invite new people in their circles. Also, there is absolutely no skill sharing activities here - you have to learn everything by yourself.
