1. HRs are not good 2. Salary delayed every month

Main problem here is you can't expect salaries on time. Usually they will credit salaries on 10th of every month but it will always delay. Sometimes it was created on month end. We have to call every time for the salary. For full and final settlement I'm waiting from more than 4 months still it is not settled. HR is not picking phone and if they receive they will say we will credit tomorrow and again repeats the same process.
