working with softmastes is flexible
Cons
there is no particular structure or methodology used for working. It doesnt use the agile method of development. It uses a daily work changes approach.

Pros
1) Decent work-life balance. 2) Fairly challenging projects so great place to learn and improve as a developer. 3)Paid Vacation Days. 4)CEO is reasonable and considers personal reasons if you know how to talk. Good communication skills are very important here if you are an introvert and can't express yourself he will bully you.
Cons
1) Salary is actually on the very low end. 2) No Medical Insurance or extensive pension benefits just the bare minimum required by the government is provided by the company. 3) CEO is a penny pitcher. 4) Salaries are always paid but never on time. 5) Company has no clear direction so you definitely shouldn't stay here long (I don't know if the situation has changed tho). 6)No career growth,
