      Pros

      Flexible, friendly coworkers for the most part, open space office plan.

      Cons

      Contractors get paid very late (know this from experience), HR and accounting is non-existent, so there is no one to report to for any HR issues or payroll issues. Not sure how we get new clients as boss is kind of a jerk

      Pros

      They hired me right after college which is good that they give opportunity to new graduates.

      Cons

      The recession of 2008 hit and we were laid off without any compensation, but I am happy they are still around.
