Work life balance has to be fixed

Trust me, guys, most of the positive reviews you see online are from the company management itself. Don’t fall for them! Working at Softnotions Technologies was a terrible experience. There is no work-life balance – you’re expected to work long hours without any appreciation. The salary is far below industry standards, and there are no promotions, increments, or real career growth opportunities. The management style is highly toxic and micromanaged, treating employees like they have no voice. It feels more like a master-slave culture than a professional workplace. The HR department is unresponsive and unprofessional, offering no support to employees. On top of that, there’s no job security – people are let go without transparency. Overall, it’s a stressful and demotivating environment. If you care about your career and well-being, it’s better to avoid this company.
