There is a list of cons 1. Don't go on their social media posts, they are just to mis lead the people. 2. They don't respect their employees they only respect the money they earn but they always forget from where that money come. 3. No matter what you do for them, everything will go in vain and you will realize you have wasted your time here. 4. Management always think that they are the smartest in the world and are very egoistic. 5. No work life balance. 6. During this time(COVID-19), every company should take care of their employees. It speaks volume to their core ethics, but Softobiz fails badly in this. They just fire the employees without any notice. They created tge scenario so that employee puts on the resign so no body can blame us. 7. They always run behind to build their image to outside world, but they don't know how to build it. And the list goes on.....
