      - Goes over and beyond to support employees and their overall career development( training on new technologies, placements and immigration related matters) - Very Organized and has well defined policies and staff to support. - Good Benefits and Salary paid promptly. - Well established in Informatica MDM marketplace. - No issues with H1B and GC sponsorships.

      Cons

      - Need to work to get more direct clients/Vendors. -Pay and pay growth needs to be discussed clearly at the time of joining to avoid expectation mismatch.

      Pros

      I am working with Softpath since 3 years and I love working here. They invest a lot of time in mentoring me.. would like to thank Sunil Gotoor my supervisor who always provided support and guide me in right path. Has a very good number of direct clients to work on different technologies. Training's provided on new technologies is always helping employees to learn new technologies. Always pay on time and have a good immigration team.
