      Loved working with my team and the pace is fast enough to keep things interesting, but slow enough to not lose your mind as a dev.

      Pros

      Company is growing and winning contracts. There are a lot of good developers here so you are working with smart people who enjoy the work, or mostly.

      Cons

      I have worked on multiple projects and have found that some projects have well established onboarding practices to catch you up to speed quickly, while other projects do not have the same level of documentation, so you will have to rely more heavily on other developers to get you up and running.
