Great and cozy environment for working, both in terms of infrastructure and people Room for growth, they care about your career path and help you to achieve your career goals. Salary is higher than average for the location Flexible (depending on each project)
Cons
Can’t think of many cons based on my experience. Clients may give pressure if you work with them directly, but in some instances the communication between the client and the developer is well taken care of with the quality scrum methodology used by the company.
