This employer cares about you and your professional development. The number of CCIE's they have employed is amazing. Strong believer of quality and not quantity.
Cons
Hiring decisions are made after a lot of thought process and sometimes that kind of time is not there for people who are looking for a job. I personally refereed several resources and out of which they hired just one.
