Pros
One of the most impressive offices I have ever seen. It achieves everything that the owner intends it to project. A masterpiece in presenting a fallacious impression on new recruits and clients.
Cons
Run by a megalomaniac. Employees are afraid of the owner. As stated before, no work life balance. Expected to work 12 hrs a day. No appreciation or respect for employees. You need only look at pictures on the office walls and internet to see who gets all the credit for any success. This is a shrinking business. Oh and turnover, the most I have ever seen for a small business. This guy hires and fires with no regard for the consequences to individuals. I have never seen such disregard for basic decency towards others during weekly meetings. Intimidation and personal attacks are the status quo.
