Cons
Worst management. Not Deserving the 1 star also. The only thing they do is provoke one another. They never implement things they say. They will make you come on Saturday and Sunday as well even if you don't have work load. They would promise that they will be giving the training but I haven't seen any training session for the technology that we work on. Instead they will give some stupid lecture on behavior and call it a session. - Poor Salary - No quality work - Very bad and Political work environment. - No Job Security - No respect for employees - Weekend work - No technical training - Have to work more than 13 hours, most of the times. - Selfish people and their hopeless clients.
