Unique culture but can feel like a university vibe

Pros

- Amazing culture, for real, unlike anything I have seen in all my employment history - Very tech driven and people respect each other - Proud of what we are delivering

Cons

- Many joined straight after uni as grad role and stayed on and shaped culture a bit too university vibe feeling. For experienced hire it is a bit disorientated trying to blend in.

Pros

Lovely place to work, very friendly environment and employee first. Have long standing partnerships with clients which shows their ability to understand client needs and not overcomplicate partnerships which I have seen in similar organisations.

Cons

People stay there a very long time, means there is a lack of diversity of thought and experience. Can be hard to find your way if you haven't been there a long time and forge productive collaboration.
