      Bad training and unqulified training

      Good company,competitive salary in the market,great benefits and equipment,work from home flexibility around the globe

      Cons

      Bad training,they left you in the ocean of information to cope by yourself. They always say anything you need please ask but when you ask the managers,they just used this against you,that you don't know nothing and so on.. in order to kick you out because you are not capable to follow the rhythm.Small company some management staying for years and they create some kinda mafia.Whom to choose and how to work within this close family environment company. Company is private owner,so they trust only to old one and all new comers its just fresh meat which must be tested til they die or survive.Nobody teach you nothing and they leave you with big companies one to one to support their network,server infrastructure..Its crazy.. And blame you immediately if everything goes wrong.But they work and have lots of clients..I don't know how..miracle.They have very complex software product which written bad from developers and have lots of bugs and unresolved issues which staying for months..or even years..

      Thank you for your feedback. At Softworks, we welcome both positive and negative feedback however in this situation the feedback is simply not true. You were trained on multiple occasions on the same topic/s by multiple trainers as well as by experienced Softworks personnel via workshops and you simply didn’t grasp it in the same way as others who started in Softworks at the same time as you or after you. On a personal note, everyone who met you liked you and we were disappointed it didn’t work out. We wish you all the best in your future career, but sometimes the match isn’t right on either side.

      Pros

      I have been in the organization for more than 4 years. I have had more opportunities to grow and advance in Softworks than anywhere else I have worked (and I was not wanting for opportunities in past jobs before I joined Softworks). A global company with a local and familial feeling within it. Very easy to work for and very understanding of personal circumstances. As you grow in life your needs do too. What was important to me at twenty is no longer important. The need for a flexible and supportive employer is everything. You get that here. Couldn't recommend working here more. Great team, great management who are always happy to stop and chat and give you their time.

      With opportunity comes hard work, but it's not a con.
