Pros

Some great people You’ll learn a lot because you’ll do 5+ position in one (and be paid for one)

Cons

Oh, where do I start… Management is clueless, there’s a women doing production and Hr at the same time ? So if you have any HR related questions.. don’t even bother. I honestly don’t know how that makes sense but…. You might get insurance or not, it’s definitely not guaranteed. In my experience they told me on my offer letter that I will get insurance after 3 month probation but ended up extending my probation for 2 more months because my “work performance wasn’t up to par” I don’t know how my work “isn’t up to par” when I’m literally handling 4 accounts and 5 division, designing my own packaging and doing my own graphics. (which they didn’t mention in the interview) They allow horrible decisions to be made for this company ,by continuing to run the company in this way it’s only a matter of time this place goes down. They don’t show you the hours on your paystub so you don’t even have a record of your exact hours worked, if your check is short you can’t even prove your point clearly because you’re never given your worked hours. They also say you get paid every 15th and 30th of every month but in reality don’t expect to get paid 3 business days after those dates, so say goodbye to all your auto- pays. If that 30th falls on a Friday, you’re waiting 3 days because the weekend and 3 more business days after that for your hard worked hours. If you talked to everyone who got hired into this Company everyone’s “offer letters” were personalized which I thought was SUUPER weird… so make sure they don’t vaguely tell you that you’re going to get a raise after your 3 month probation, its mostly likely not going to happen or they’re going to pull the “not performing well card” and not give you the raise and extend your health insurance probation. I asked for a very small raise and the next day I saw my job post on indeed, that just sums up how this company does things, NO respect whatsoever for any of their employees So if this is what you except from a company, go right ahead!

Pros

no pros, unless you negotiated a good salary from the beginning

Cons

the working environment is a dump, people you work around are not friendly, everyone is out for only themselves, the CEO only cares about money and not the well-being of their employees. owned by a Chinese group, so if you're not chinese then you are looked at as an outsider and nobody will want to talk to you or reach out to you... what a horrible horrible experience
