Pros

You get to do a wide spectrum of take from day 1 if you have the ability. Company is willing to give opportunity to you to do different tasks with limited to no training or support. Felt like I’m in college at times when you are learning on the job as it goes.

Cons

Pay is way below industry standards. Less than inflation raise. Poor department culture due to poor management style. Do not respect personal boundaries when it comes to pay vacation. It’s often denied, shortened, or still be expected to work or answer calls. Manager is often rude, disrespectful, or hostile.
