      Pros

      Knowledge sharing, opportunities to upskill, collaborative work with incentives and fair pay. Excellent upper management which actually listens and allows for open feedback and communication. No micromanaging here! Incredible work/life balance as well, I've never been happier!

      Cons

      Rough couple of years economically has resulted in a freeze on many perks with a lack of clarity as to if/when these will ever return. Impacting our culture as a whole.

      Pros

      Really professional team that I work with, lots of different characters, lots of hard workers, who are happy to share their knowledge with each other, really enjoy working with everyone, love the Partners honesty too and work ethic.

      Cons

      Haven't got to meet all of the team in person as we are in different countries, fingers crossed one day, at least Zoom helps.
