A very supportive culture and management structure means lots of growth opportunities for all employees. A great group of knowledgeable, kind team members who will always offer their time to help new starts or include colleagues looking to develop into a new role Growing, busy company with lots of new and ongoing projects. Great social side to the business too - both with company and client events scheduled throughout the year.
Cons
Although you will be supported, new team members are very much encouraged to make their own impact, manage their own time and work autonomously. Encouraged to think outside the box and be a self starter.
