Business outlook
Pros
Good pay, healthy pension, long paid breaks, and many perks. Great diversity of staff and student population. Being a union environment, it created a ripple effect of healthy fringe benefits trickling to other groups.
Cons
Some departments were extemly busy and employees worked long hours. Other departments were not busy enough. Businesses could be better streamlined. Management needs to say "No" to employees. Faculty act entitled yet paid between $80k-$100 with summers off.
