      - Flat hierarchy - Friendly colleagues - Interesting tasks, work that worth to be done - Comfortable office - Good health insurance (but without dental care) - Free lunches

      Cons

      HR could work better. For example, they often forgot to announce newcomers. Lack of communications inside of company.
