Pros

Good Schedule at the time... However they ended that.

Cons

Management has no training. They just move up uneducated call center people who seen like lifers they can exploit. If you were working there because you found yourself at a crossroads in life, just get in and get out, don't bother trying to grow with the company, its pointless. If you have a brain, they don't want you. Just read the script and go home.

Wow, that's a shocking review that we take quite personal. Not sure this is a legit review but every single admin in this company has worked their way up in the company and got their position cause they've proven such. For you to call the people who work here beneath you is a pretty low thing to say. Not sure why your subject is "paralegal", there are no paralegal positions here, and if you were formerly a paralegal I would suggest you sticking to that industry. I am sorry to hear your experience wasnt up to your standard. Not moving up in this company is very far from the truth, in fact we've only had to hire someone into a management position overseeing the production side of the business once off the street and they didnt work out. There isnt one single admin aside from the CFO, our payroll manager, and IT director who hasnt started out working as a lead generator including myself, the CEO. I started this company on the phone in a small room with 1 other person. We didnt become the 92nd fastest growing company in America, #6 for marketing by not giving people a chance to grow, and by putting zombies on the phone which seems to be your interpretation. I do wish you best of luck in your next venture, if this review is even legit. PS. Management doesnt need a good luck in life, they are very happy and worked hard to get where they are at. 90% of them started out with the company when it was in its infant stages and see it become what it is today due to their hard work. If someone rubbed you the wrong way I would appreciate you contacting me directly so I can properly address it.

Pros

Was probably a good campaign two years ago when it started but since they have recycled the leads so many times, they have created people to not like any call about solar energy...same people have been called over and over for two years

Cons

Company misrepresents themselves by using other companies names to ruin their reputation instead of their own...agents have never called representing SMT...This is a piece work type commission job in which you will starve to death trying to make money...some days you might make 40 bucks, some 10 bucks and many you wont make a dime..

Were sorry to hear you misunderstood our infrastructure. Solar Media Team is our B2B company name, this is our business dealing with our solar clients. The name Solar Media Team has no synergies dealing with consumers. Our B2C name is both Renew and Green Concepts, and if you go onto Sunbiz.org, look under Fictitious name filings you will find both Renew and Green Concepts as registered DBA of Solomon and Associates, dba Solar Media Team. All our clients are aware our b2C name is renew and Green Concepts, thus why its used and registered. We are the most compliant company in the business, we do things by the books. As far as your experience with data, we spend over $30K a week generating data thats TCPA compliant, and were sorry to hear your possibly had a bad experience. We have many people on the phones being successful, we wouldnt be the company we are today if we didnt. All our clients pay for a service and we have orders to fill, we would have nothing to gain by doing what you claimed. We would never fill orders, and our clients wouldnt be happy. It would sabotage our own business if we did what your claiming. We cant always please 100%, no one can, so long as 95% are happy, I am, this is the case for our company.

Pros

Seems like a fun company

Cons

Very unclear online with their pay scale. They say they pay you 100/night however when you go for training they make it known your on commission only. With a $125/ WEEK safety net. Training is literally 2 hours then they put you on the phones. There should be a longer training session to know what your doing when you get on the floor. If you don't have a background in sales this will be very difficult for you to get acclimated to people hanging up on you and screaming at you to never call again. Overall, I'm very disappointed with this experience because it seems like a bait and switch.

We are sorry to hear you misunderstood how the pay scale works for the part time position. You have already gotten a response from me directly, so I know exactly who this review is from. At no point did anyone tell you there is a $100 a night base pay, $500 a week for a part time night position? The ad clearly states how the pay plan works, and if you work the phones properly you would easily earn $100 a night. The ad also clearly states there is a safety net pay, which is in place should you need it. At no point was there ever a bait and switch, what would the company have to gain by doing such a thing?
