+ Great work environment. Leadership is a lot of fun to be around they are interested in connecting with their employees. All team members were very friendly and supportive. + Flat hierarchy: There is Lots of interaction and access to company leadership, which means it's easy to pitch ideas and participate in strategy-making. + Reward for hard work: If you deliver you will be rewarded very quickly with additional pay and responsibilities. I got a promotion myself, and multiple people I worked with rose from junior positions to senior management within a few years. + International exposure: You get to work with people in different countries and experience different cultures. There are offices in three countries, and I got the opportunity to travel overseas twice.

Cons

Timezones: Working with teams in other countries meant that Zoom calls were sometimes scheduled at odd hours.

Some of the other staff were ok.

Cons

Nepotism is rife. Compensation is decided based on how much the owners like you. Bullying is commonplace. I experienced racism and sexism. Expect micromanaging.
