      Solaris is privately owned by two RNs who are involved in day to day operations, who don't claim perfection, but strive to employ people who put patient care front and center. All business matters are done within compliance guidelines.

      flexibility, great team work, easy call schedule, support from management, family is important, holiday pay

      Cons

      expensive health benefits, you have to take more call to make more money, no overtime, a lot of charting/paperwork
