      Pros

      Lots of work to do, friendly and helpful co-workers, little to no patient interaction (other than phone calls), pretty quiet workplace, motivated and cooperative management, 401k + Vision + Dental + Life insurance, free lunch fridays. Management is very understanding of personal and family emergencies and will help balance your hours.

      Cons

      Sometimes monotonous. Some work is tedious.

      Small company. Owner is super nice, friendly, and he cares about his employees. No weekends. Overtime is offer throughout the year.

      No medical insurance. No opportunity to move up
